"What a wonderful experience! Deb and Carl were warm, patient and kind. I took my 97 year old neighbor for a replacement hearing aid. hey treated her with the upmost respect and provided her with excellent care."
"I never had hearing aids but decided to get them . The staff is great. In my ears the product is amazing. I am finally able to hear the world and so much I’ve been missing . Thank you y much."
"I was experiencing problems with my aids purchased 6-months ago. Carl professionally cleaned them, and that corrected the problem. Carl suggested I return every 4-6 month for professional cleaning to prevent issues in the future."
"Carl is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and Angie provides great follow up. Thank you both!"
"I made my appointment on Thursday for Monday morning. Between Thursday and Monday, HearUSA emailed me 3 times and texted twice. However, when I arrived, I was asked to fill out three pages of forms. Why didn’t HearUSA make those available to be completed online, before my appointment? After completing the forms, I waited 30 minutes to be seen by your technician. He had no other appointments. His office was furnished by what I can only describe as something from a Thrift Store, including two dirty office chairs. Your technician was wearing a white coat, embroidered with his undergraduate degree (not in medicine), that clearly had not been laundered in weeks. After explaining to me at great length how my brain activity has been diminished by my hearing deficiency and why I would never recover it, he asked what I wanted in a hearing aid. I informed him that cost was not a factor and that I wanted a Bluetooth controlled, rechargeable device that fit inside my ear, not one visible outside the ear. He proceeded then to place in my ears exactly what I told him I DID NOT WANT. Shortly thereafter, I left."
