"This firm will harass you unmercifully. Their phone operators and offices are not linked for reminder options. They will call you, email you, text you, over and over again. I was asked to confirm my appointment 12 times, even though I did confirm it 3 times. I was reminded to fill out my paperwork daily, even though it was 3 weeks before my appointment. Once that was done, I reminded daily to setup my patient portal, then I was reminded daily to read the important message (welcome to the portal and how to use were the HUGLY important messages). I called 3 times and spoke to operators to get them to stop. I was assured all 3 times that the harassment would stop. It did not. Finally a week before my appointment after receiving the 27th communication from them, I cancelled my appointment. I don't need this level of harassment nor stress. 1 is not low enough. 27 times in 2 weeks."
