"2023/11/11 AWESOME experience from everyone we encountered from the shuttle drivers to the doctors. We are so thankful to have this service provided to us so close to home so there is no distant travel required. My husband was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer and once treatments began we just have all POSITIVE comments. Radiation, Oncology and all staff were there to answer any questions we had. We can’t recall everyone’s name but they know who they are. Although this part of the treatment has ended there are still visits and more decisions to make. "Walked through the door to get a surgery and was met with pure rudeness by a lady asking questions about covid as she proceeded to disrespect my driver using an aggressively sarcastic tone. As I proceeded to the counter to tall to the lady behind it she cut me off from telling her what I was there for n told me I was n the wrong building as she directed me to a whole other building I didn6 need to be in. Needless to say I am late for my scheduled surgery due to the run around and total bs of that staff. They need to work on their people skills especially considering they deal with cancer patients"

"I see oncology and have weekly appointments to have my INR checked. That is all great. Doctor is great and ladies in the lab are very nice, BUT trying to get ahold of someone in the registration department to schedule or reschedule an appointment is ridiculous. Every single call goes to their voicemail and they do not call you back for 24 hours. If you miss that call then you have to leave ANOTHER voicemail because they do not answer. Very frustrating."
