"I wouldn't leave any stars if I could. I actually pay my medical bills, so when I pay almost $600 on the 5th AND 6th of JUNE & I am still receiving "Collection Notice from Labcorp" weeks later... Obviously the billing dept. can't do their jobs. Phone calls already have been taken & I was told "we will update your account it's been paid". No kidding, I have emails of proof of payment. WHY am I still getting PAPER BILLS, train people how to do their jobs right..."
"Have dealt with customer service three times now. Very unprofessional when I can hear that they are driving, not writing down my correct info (confirmed by asking them to repeat), and the last time I could hear the farm animals in the background (chickens gave it away). Trash company and seeking a new doctor that uses someone different due to their inaccuracy and inability to correct small issues keeping insurance from paying them."
"Stop trying to SCAM customers with copay bills for thousands of dollars that their insurance already covers. You should be fined for this level of incompetence."
"Impossible to talk with a person to resolve billing question. Filled out their online form one week ago and have yet to be contacted by their "trained customer service professionals." But, I do continue to get email reminders to pay my bill, which I'm not going to do until I get some answers. Googled their corporate headquarters, and the phone number listed is not a working number. THE worst example of customer service I think I've ever seen! If I could give them a zero star, I would."
