"It was a great experience of 2020. First of all the place is beautiful. Love the doctor down there. Everything about it was great. Didn't have to wait at all. I was in and out. Timing was great. I was checked. They know exactly what they're doing. I needed a new prescription I went over. They checked me check the insurance went over. Decided on other glasses. Was able to pick them out. Went through the process. Had a nice choice and was done. Everything went great. Very knowledgeable for everyone"

"I have been a patient way back even with Dr. Zarky Rudarsky for a very long time. I love Dr's. Gibson and Shirley they make you feel like family they are absolutely wonderful I also have a brother with special needs and he also love them. They are so good with him. Lisa at the front desk it sweet she doŵes all the paper work and always very helpful. I had 2 bad experiences with the eyes glass I'm not very please there.... The office is just beautiful state of the art!!!"
"The doctors have a wonderful bedside manner and patient skills. Lisa at the front desk also has great customer service. Unfortunately, Grace in the optical department lacks any skills to work with customers and speak to them in a way that is demeaning and rude. One untrained and unprepared employee, soured my experience for me."
