"This was a really great experience from beginning to end! It had been a few years since I had an eye exam, and my insurance recommended Lens Crafters because they had a relationship with them. I was able to make an appointment online quickly, and loved that I could submit my insurance information and complete all the pre-exam paperwork online. Jenna conducted my pre-tests, as well as coordinated my search for new glasses and she was amazing! She was kind and fun, answered all of my questions, helped me find deals to save some money, and made me feel like I'd been a customer there for years. Actually, everyone made me feel that way. The whole staff was great, and you could tell that it was a very positive workplace for everyone. Dr. Andrews conducted my exam, and even though it didn't take long, he never made me feel rushed. He spent time talking to me and going over all of my options about my prescription, making recommendations, etc. I normally have a lot of anxiety in medical settings, but he and everyone else made me feel very comfortable (though I did pass on getting to see the detailed image of my eye because things like that make me queasy, haha!) I hope these folks are a part of my eye care regimen for a long time to come!"

"The worst experience I've ever had. They put in the wrong prescription costing me an additional week with broken glasses and the tint is a joke. The pair on the right is my old pair, and yes I had them on when I went in. Not to mention I ordered a pair of safety glasses at the same time. They are not in. 3 to 4 weeks for glasses and no verification process with the customer. I'll stick with Eye to Eye Optical in Greentree. Faster, better service and fair prices. Only reason I went with LensCrafters was because of the old adds. Not any faster. They offered no discounts for the error on their side. If you want to pay more and get whatever they give you. Get your glasses here."

"The staff at Robinson LensCrafters are very kind and helpful. Manager Amy is very helpful and kind. She has helped me in the past as well as today. Karen helped me choose the right frames Parker checked my insurance, gave me an estimate, and scheduled me in a very timely manner."

"The staff was super friendly and welcoming, everything was quick and easy and I was very happy with the pricing compared to other places. They were able to order the authentic Oakley replacement lenses for my existing frames and had them shipped to the store so I didn't have to send the frames out, which saved me from having to purchase backup frames. Won't be going anywhere else in the foreseeable future."

"It’s always a pleasure to come here. Jenna and Parker are always so HAPPY (which is hard to find now a days) and kind. Jenna helped me about a year ago and I remembered her because she was so enthusiastic and helpful. Both the doctors office staff and the merchandise staff are welcoming. I live about an hour away and I drive the extra miles just knowing I’m going to have an interaction that will make my day a little brighter. Thank you to this location!! I hope LC treats their employees right because they deserve it."
