"This place was great at getting me in. I am a new patient and was able to be seen the next day. The doctor was also great and even gave my littles stickers to keep them busy while we talked. The only complaint I have is with the front desk staff. One of the staff was extremely rude! I had insurance that they accept but had never used before and apparently it was just too much for her to deal with. It was very disappointing to see an adult in a workplace acting like that. It made me feel very uncomfortable."

"Love two of the doctors here, but the office staff have been rude on multiple occasions. The situations I’ve experienced with office staff are far beyond bad service. Most recently had made an emergency appointment for my daughter who had a mole that was bleeding. They canceled the appointment due to insurance. Being that my daughter is away at college, I picked her up early, rearranged my schedule and drove six hours to get her there. The office called while we were on our way to cancel because they no longer accept her insurance. Second time I’ve begged that office to allow me to cash pay instead of lose difficult to schedule dermatology appointments."
