"Purchased our truck new in 2020. Nothing but problems with the service department. They never do proper vehicle inspections or maintenance. They never even changed the air filter in 3 the years of them only doing all service/maintenance on the truck. I was in an accident and their shop called "Just like new" did over $34k in repairs to the truck and it has had nothing but problems ever since that nobody will correctly fix. Currently my truck has 38k miles and it has a check engine light, burning plastic smell, a rattle in the drivers seat belt area, traction control not working properly and they keep passing the buck back in forth between shops saying it is not each others fault all the while my new truck which is the family vehicle is currently unsafe to even drive and their Columbiana shop said they could not even plug it in for us that we would have to schedule and appointment. The sales department in boardman was great with Andy but the service in boardman and their body shop in Salem is the very worst i have ever experienced. Update on my truck that was repaired. Has been a little over a year and now the clear coat is peeling off of my drivers door. I see the body shop has had a name change. When it was still called “just like new” john kuffleitner told the staff to not even answer our calls at both the body shop where it was repaired and the dealership where i bought it brand new from."

"I bought a 2014 suburban here back in early may and it had everything I was looking for. Every other dealership out there had parts missing which isn’t that big a deal, however this one gave me peace of mind knowing it was taken care of. They were able to share videos of the vehicle with me online since I lived far away from their area. My only complaint is the air conditioning lines have a leak so I have no AC. Other than that I really do enjoy my suburban and would totally recommend doing business with Kufleitner."
