"Most worst experience ever…… Me and family we went to this place Saturday morning for pcr test, person who was working there, she said pcr test was going to be ready on time. We had 3 tickets booked next day 12:15Pm. I asked her to check to make sure . She went inside, asked someone and she told us: yes will be ready tonight as we have lab here….. There was my husband and daughter next to me. Today I spoke to supervisor and he said : we don’t guarantee results in 24h and when I said why she guaranteed then And we missed the flight. He said noone can prove she said that. Can’t believe it. We did pcr in airport for $250 each Total $750 and booked next tickets. When I called and spoke supervisor he didn’t do anything, he said he understands My frustration. Don’t go this place! There is many places around you can go. When they give wrong information and after They don’t do anything. He also tried to stop me after 2,3 minutes I said I wanted to finish talk and he said I was talking already 5 m, Very nice! I told him maybe he can at list listen me 5 m and instead defending lab person To say they since this problem and make sure they don’t give wrong information and if they do they must refund. Even in airport person who was helping with new booking asked me to ask them refund As I needed pcr at 11:15 am They even said they could wait till 12:00pm For me Unfortunately this is how people work here. They don’t care. Make sure you don’t pay to them What you can’t use after…. I May upload proofs later As Michael supervisor said I can’t file a claim This is unbelievable"

"Horrible experience. You called to obtain the information, the person on the phone was telling you one thing and when you get to the lab, the technician was telling you another story. Cannot rely on this lab if you need a PCR done on time for your surgery or travel. I will never take my business there ever again. This is a nightmare!!! With all travel restriction, shorten the PCR timeline to 48 hours; they do not understand the urgency; they promised you the result will be available within 24 hours; but when you call them, they said within 48 hours. By the time I get the result back; the ship has left. Please consider my comment and make decision before coming to this lab."
