"I was a little disappointed with my experience as I had to wait months to get an appointment time. Once I finally came in it felt like I was in & out in 15 minutes. I did not feel like my provider took the time to really ask me about my acne concerns. He just asked when it started, and listed off a bunch of products he thought would help. It felt like it wasn’t catered to my specific needs. It felt like he rushed me out the door. Hopefully the prescriptions he provided will help, but I did not leave feeling very appreciated or cared for."

"Okay just an FYI to start. For new patients they use tablets instead of paper to fill out your info. I know some may struggle with that but personally I like it. It's easy to use and has predictive text that is very useful for filling out your prescription information. Staff are polite and professional and review your information with you to verify it. (I like that also) doctors are very patient and easy going. They will take time to answer your questions and explain options for skin care with you. Overall it was a great visit. They are very time efficient also, you won't wait to long to get into a room and see a doctor. 10 out of 10 for my experience their. Would definitely recommend."

"quick and easy experience here! had a spot that worried me so they scheduled me asap (which i appreciated). simple check in and the PA was very knowledgeable — whole consultation and removal process took maybe 10 minutes. got my results back within a week or so (benign) and went on with my day worry free."
