"I was a patient of Dr glueck the first year she was in hp. She was amazing. My issue today is that I've been trying to obtain my medical records for over a month now to no avail. I need them for something specific and for whatever reason it seems impossible to get. Further more they want to charge me to get the records which per hippa the first copy is free if it's for medical reason. At this point the years i spent going to get have been lost. I'm extremely aggravated. Maybe this review will help me in some way obtain them but I'm not holding my breath"
