"Waste of time and money. I didn’t get answers or reassurance for my concern and ended up going to an urgent care anyway (which I was trying to avoid doing). Honestly, just go straight to an urgent care and skip this place."

"Horrible clinic!!! My son was scheduled for a morning appointment. I didn’t have his physical insurance card, but I had the RIN number. Elizabeth Alexander was extremely rude. She refused to accept his RIN number, she insisted on the physical card and stated she would treat my son if I paid out of pocket!!!! When I refused she immediately cancelled the appointment. Of course I was livid and yes I had a choice of words for her!!!! I called patient support and they assured me that all she had to do was pull up my son’s name and date of birth. That’s all she had to do! They found him. Why couldn’t she???!!!! Horrible service and very unprofessional!!! After reviewing the other terrible reviews regarding this clinic how is it that they are able to mistreat and be so dismissive to patients? Staff here needs to be harshly reprimanded. I hope they shut this clinic down. POS facility!!!!"

"The Nurse Practitioner (Rezo Silvia?) there is grossly unqualified and dismissive. Before the appointment started she walks into the waiting room, refuses to see me as I had also signed up for a Covid test appointment -understandable, but that appointment was 45 min later and I was not sure if she would still be open. I get the test and by the time the test results and I return, she refuses to do any swabbing and states she is going home. She makes false claims repeatedly (not knowing I was a physician), and acted confident I had the common cold with 0 testing offered. I noted family with significant flu-like symptoms, and me currently being within the window for tamiflu if testing positive, at which she laughed and reported she was going home. I was there for over 2 hours, and I had not seen a single other patient in the clinic the entire time, yet she was rushed to leave out the door after a busy day at work, without the slightest knowledge of medicine and mistreating patients"

"I’m an out-of-towner seeking care from my wheezing, coughing, crying child who was whaling as we tried to check in. They approached me after about 1 min, which felt like an entirety given there was literally no one there and because they could see me (and hear us), as they stood in the back chatting and laughing, one on their phone. Another person finally came up to us asking if this would take long. I had got there 30 min before they closed and no one was there. She said that he couldn’t be seen today. As I was leaving I saw the nurse practitioner or doc on staff jetting out the back and into his porche before I even left the parking lot. They refused me care because he had to leave? Even more, my visit felt like a burden and inconvenience to them. I couldn’t be more displeased with my experience."

"If I could register a zero star review I would. This was the biggest waste of 45 minutes I have spent in recent months. The computer counted down and I waited. The door finally open and the PA told me I will have to schedule a visit for tomorrow — disappointment doesn’t quite cover the way I felt."
