"Dr. Homer is a great doctor that is my reasoning for the 5 star. She is patient, kind, caring, compassionate and really is concerned about her patients. However, it is almost impossible to actually reach someone in her office and if you ask the Southwoods answering service, who answers her office line even when she is open, to transfer you to her office and leave a message on Mary’s machine you do not get a return call. I have waited for days just for a prescription. My pharmacy has reached out to them at least twice that I am aware of. I am giving Dr. Homer a five star but her office staff and Southwoods Call center a 1 star."
