"Just recently I have not been pleased at all with the customer service. We were working with Lisa as our agent and she would always get back with us when I had questions regarding my bill. Just recently in May, I had called and left a message about our bill increases and got no call back or reply other than a generic email that didn't pertain to my question at all. It's now 3 months later and I still have yet to hear a word. I don't feel valued as a customer and am looking into switching in the near future if this continues. I switched to this company because of the wonderful support and savings that Lisa had helped us with and now that she is no longer there, I can't get anyone to answer my questions I guess."
