"I was hoping to find some resolution for my daughter here. She is child with a history of being traumatized and is often uncooperative. We were greeted so coldly by the receptionist and nurse that is was shocking. My daughter did not respond well to this and refused to be interviewed. I was told because she would not cooperate, they will not interview her. There were no concerns by anyone as to whether or not she was being abused, only that they will not help an uncooperative child. There were only concerns about my inability to control this sweet but traumatized 6yr old girl. The cold callous behavior of everyone I encountered was shocking. If your child is not shy and timid because of their abuse, they will not help you."
