"I love Dr. Geiger! He's an excellent doctor. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with his billing department. My son will have to go to a different specialist because they keep coding our bill as "Outpatient Hospital Services." When they do that, I pay a $150 copay. If they billed it correctly as, "Specialist Services (ENT)," then I would pay a $45 copay. On one visit, we were there for maybe 5 minutes and I get charged the "Outpatient Hospital Services." I understand the ER charging as outpatient hospital services, but not an office. I would give Dr. Geiger 5 stars, but I don't want another family to have to go through this billing complication. I feel that families need to see that if they choose this facility, they'll get an outpatient charge each time."

"My son just had his myringotomy yesterday, Dr. Geiger was great, we didn’t wait long after referral for the procedure to be done, and my son has been suffering from ear infections for so long with ENT being pushed off over and over. Dr. was so quick, and my son was so comfortable going back without me thanks to the rest of the team from Mercy Boardman, when he’s generally not great with people he doesn’t know. He answered all my questions thoroughly both at the first appointment and then pre and post op. They had him in before breakfast time since he couldn’t eat or drink anything. I couldn’t be more grateful and I highly recommend!"
