"Called in to schedule a lab exam and the lady was so rude. Kept saying oh my god because i couldn't understand what she meant, then passed the phone to someone else and all they could say is you have to call your doctor. The issue was how rude they were."
"Waited outside for 30mins to get lab work while they were taking clinic patients through the side door even though they can only have 4 ppl in the waiting room. I can't wait 2hrs while you allow other ppl to go in front of those waiting outside. I went to Pinnacle where they take you in the order of arrival!"
