"Ther is so much incompetence within Dr. Selim’s Mercy Eisenhower practice. My mom had a stat CT scan that was ordered but not ordered correctly and took multiple times for them to order it correctly. By the time it was ordered correctly it had been weeks and not “STAT” anymore. Labs are never ordered as they should and they love to delete information out so we have to start all over. Medications that should have been sent over require me to call several times before it’s done. The male secretary is not helpful whatsoever and makes things worse. If it wasn’t for my elderly mom being used to the provider, I would have switched her over to a different practice with more competent workers. These people are exhausting."

"Takes too long to be seen. If your appointment is 9:00am she won’t walk in til 10:00am. Staff is friendly but seem to be under the leaders spell. Unorganized office takes forever to get anything done. I will find another doctor."

"I am extremely disappointed in the level of care the lack of communication and the overall inadequacy of Dr Selim. The level of care is horrible. I don’t understand the purpose of taking over a practice with elderly patients if you’re unconcerned unresponsive and unable to complete simple tasks. I have never seen medical care be this difficult and disorganized. If you’re in need of quality informative care do not select. ."
