"Dr. Pascolini is great. Communicates very well and understands what you’re going through, however the medical assistants that run the back are unorganized, immature kindergarteners. Will often skip you and have you wait an hour or more for your appointment. “Multiple providers we have working in the building, you have to be patient” they say yet they fail to explain to you that the doctor might be behind or they are short staffed. They just leave you hanging. If you don’t have good people skills, don’t work in healthcare."

"I LOVE the nurses here, they are always so friendly and kind. I never have to wait long for Dr. Ott either. He is very educated and listens to my concerns. The whole office is very clean and professional."

"This place is so unorganized! Some, if not most, of the staff must have rode the short bus to school. First of all, getting them to call me back to reschedule the appointment was like pulling teeth. I had tongue surgery scheduled for a Monday. Since I hadn't heard anything I called the previous Friday. The receptionist said kind of matter of factly, "Oh, he's not doing surgery on that day." And I'm sure they would not have called me to tell me. I'm not pursuing this further. I'll do without the surgery."

"Dr. Pascolini is very nice, but the office staff and assistants are TERRIBLE. They are rude, unorganized, and are poor communicators. This has been our worst experience with a health care provider so far. I know the dr is very popular and the office is very busy, but that is no excuse for poor people skills and lack of communication between patients/parents and their internal staff. There has been an issue every step of the way with these people and you'll get a totally different answer depending on which person answers the phone. If my son didn't need these procedures so badly we would start over somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble."
