"There were no staff visible almost the entire time. When we went to check out two employees were working on the sides of the registers, they saw us and ignored us. I even made eye contact and smiled at one of the employees and she looked away. We waited for a few minutes and then other started to join the line and asked if we were in line and we told them yes but staff weren’t helping. I eventually walked over to the employee who had ignored me and asked if we could be helped. She didn’t say anything, she just huffed and put down what she was doing. I walked back over to the start of the line which was in the middle of the 6-7 registers and she stayed at the exact end opposite and just stared at us. She didn’t say how are you, didn’t ask about rewards, absolutely nothing until she asked if we wanted a bag and that was it. Don’t expect help or friendliness here."

"I was told there is a 10 cent charge for bags or I can walk out with the item in my hand. I decided to leave. Bags should be included in the cost."

"This place is a mess! It is literally the worst Zara store I ever been. Since COVID, they never re opened the fit rooms and it looks like the picture posted. Honestly, this is always my last alternative to shop when I need something. A manager with minimum sense of responsibility would take care of this! Looks, nobody owns this store."
