"Have seen Dr. Marakas for over ten years. His bedside manner is unmatchable, incredibly knowledgeable and up to date with the latest research, compassionate, and always remembers my personal and medical history. Wait time between arrival and going to patient room is always less than ten minutes but usually under 5. Length of visit dependent on care required; Dr. never rushes and is very thorough. My ONLY SINGLE complaint-about the office, not doctor- is that phone hold time usually is ten minutes or longer. I can usually plan accordingly and schedule calls with that in mind, but may be a turn off for new patients."
"Getting someone on the phone is the worst ever. Call day after day and sit on hold for 10 or 20+ minutes every time. Drs. are great but they definitely need more people to answer the phones."
