"What a joke! This a hole schedule me for October 6th then called today to reschedule for December 8th? Are you kidding? 2 more months. Been waiting for procedure for 6 months! Got my date now they want to reschedule. I called there told them I was unhappy about this. The smart mouthed secretary apologized, then said no I don't apologized because that the nature of the beast! What a great lady to have to comfort patients, right? She is a direct link to Dr. Kokkasarrell! She should be ashamed of herself for talking to me that way! Just because you work for aDr. Doesn't mean you can treat people with disrespect. But you know what? I got another referral to another Dr. I'm not waiting that long. I can understand rescheduling a week out, but two more months? Yeah he's probably taking a vacation, and probably with the snippy secretary too. Disrespect goes both ways lady! Will never use this man again. Doesn't have people in his office that knows how to treat people. I know he won't give two craps about me but want it out there in case others have been treated the same. If he gets enough bad reviews, then that will definitely hurt his bottom line which is money. Then maybe he'll make sure to employ people that treat patients with a little respect. But I won't hold my breath!"
