"Wouldn't recommend. There were so many things that occurred, but I'm just going to focus on two. I'm not sure if Sandy doesn't read her notes before sessions, but every session my husband and I had to re-explain everything. One ex is she asked present tense questions about our dads just about every session (how are they doing, etc.). Problem is, they are both dead. They died three weeks apart from each other in 2018, about two months before our wedding, which should've been in her notes. Also, she keeps her phone by her and checks it every time it vibrates. Meaning, my husband or I would be in the middle of speaking, and she would interrupt to check the alert. I found this to be disrespectful, distracting, and unprofessional. It would be one thing of it was a one off for an emergency, but definitely not something that should happen every session. And more than once at that."
