"I was involved in a car accident in 2021. I suffered a major back injury that will flare up probably 3-4 times a year for the rest of my life. The most recent flare up occurred after traveling on an air plane for work. It just kind of happens. I went to Pinnacle Integrated Health, barely able to walk upright on Thursday and by the following Tuesday was able to leave for a golf trip that had been planned for 6 months. I originally thought I was going to have to cancel but Dr. Tom and Nurse Katie got me back together so quickly. Like with anything, you have to do what they tell you outside of the office as well. But they provide you all of the steps and stretches to help you eliminate the pain WITHOUT just swallowing narcotics. They help your body heal itself. I will recommend Pinnacle to everyone I know."

"My thoughts. The staff and chiropractors are great people personally. I gave many chances to get my back aligned and I stopped going. The chiropractor says I’m too tense or my back is to tight. There is no relaxation period or message therapy to relax you. This was told to my mother as well. I have gone to another chiropractor and my back has cracked into alignment perfectly fine pain has surrendered. Different people different techniques. If it doesn’t work don’t waste your time. Move on."

"It’s a shame when a doctor needs to use trickery to get patients. I went there because of an ad on Facebook-which should have been a red flag- for a spinal decompression treatment. All I got was X-rays that I didn’t want and a diagnosis of all kind of spine problems that I don’t have. Never received a treatment, but they made me pay $47 and they also billed my insurance. It was a high pressure situation and they made me come back another time to give me my results. I asked for the spinal decompression that was advertised and was given a quick manipulation then billed again. They wanted me to come back a couple times a week and I do not have back problems."

"I’ve been with Pinnacle Integrated Health since 2014. Everything about the place speaks professional. I’m suffering from chronic back pain with other ailments. The staff at Pinnacle understands and is completely easy to work with. I’ve also been in 2 vehicle accidents while I’ve been in treatment. They worked with my attorney to make sure I was receiving proper treatment and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. While in treatment I’ve done physical therapy, received many chiropractic adjustments, trigger point injections, SI injections and lumbar epidurals. My pain isn’t easy to treat, but they get it right each time something isn’t feeling up to par. The entire staff is as friendly as they come. Adrian, Kelly, Maria and Sarah are the sweetest, friendliest and most professional medical staff I’ve ever worked with. And Dr. Joe and Dr. G (chiropractor) do their jobs with perfection. I highly recommend this place."
