"After waiting 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, Dr.Grisafi waltzed in with very little info on my condition. He asked for a summary of my problems which were all available to him since all my procedures have been done at Southwoods. I am to assume that once he realized there was no surgery he could offer me, his time was better suited to condescending comments. This is the first negative experience I have had at Southwoods. Prior to this, all doctors and staff have been respectful of my time and concerns."
