"This place is full of people that work there that don't understand addiction. A family member of mine has been going to this clinic now almost 30 years she has never had a dirty U.A or been in trouble for anything. She was PUNISHED for having someone else's bottle and dropped 40 mg by the DR. The reason why she had it doesn't matter because they don't believe her and on top of that no matter what the reason was dropping someone 40 mg as a punishment is sick and disgusting. My aunt has been in withdrawal for almost 2 weeks now considering she has been on it for almost 30 years. This is malpractice on the DRs behalf. The correct punishment would be take her take homes and not give her withdrawals. I don't understand how he got away with doing this. It's a terrible thing to do and it was strictly punishment. This clinic has always done things backwards. I got stories for days about this clinic she has been going there for a long time and she raised me so I've heard all the drama. I don't recommend this methadone clinic they need to shut it down. New season treatment clinic is what I would recommend they understand addiction and can understand that forcing someone into withdrawals as punishment is a sick thing to do. If you can't find new season clinics in the Warren Youngstown area then I highly recommend recommend going to PA to dose. Once again this is a very sick and disgusting thing to do to someone. I will be taking further action."

"The nurses are lovely, however Dr. Caleb is a fraud and refuses to treat his patients appropriately. After being in youngstown over a year, I still can't get a referral for a rumatoligist and my fibromyalgia. (A diagnosed condition) the psych department isn't much better. Dr. Kim didn't listen when I tried to tell her what I've been on before, what worked and what didn't. I went through veriheal to just get my medical marijuana card instead of continuing to scre around with doctors who don't want to do their job right. Props my go to the chiropractor there Dr. Dotson. He's a nice guy and listens more then the other doctors there. Very good at the popping of bones, I usually walk away from his appointments feeling atleast a little better physically. But if you have some kinda mental or physical condition you're trying to get treated (already diagnosed or not) I suggest looking for a doctor elsewhere."
