"The office there needs serious training. When a diabetic needs insulin, paper scripts need handed to the patient because the office staff is apparently incapable of calling in scripts for weeks on end. My husband has gone without meds for dangerous amounts of time due to their negligence. This is an ongoing problem that needs to be solved."

"Her accent is extremely strong. I'm also hard of hearing . The 1st time I saw her, I repeatedly had to say "I cant hear you &/or I can't understand you." Also, she would talk into the computer screen while talking to me. These were often ignored, resulted in an answer that showed annoyance or the student in the room would translate for me. I felt bery ignored & angry!! When I went for my 2nd appointment I asked the lady who took me to the exam room to please come into the room with Dr Shah. I explained my problems at my 1st appointment, she said that she would make sure that someone else would be in the room. Dr Shah, obviously was told of my complaints. She put down the computer, spoke louder & distinctly. I feel that I shouldn't have to 1. Repeatedly make my requests 2. Be ignored or show annoyance 3. Have to ask for help with the matter Also, I dislike the use of computers while seeing patients. Like with Dr Shah, they often take from eye contact & conversations with the patient ."

"Staff is friendly but when calling, it takes a minimum of 7 minutes before a person will even answer the phone. I get blood work done regularly but do not get called back about it. I have even needed medication changed and was not told util my next doctor visit in person. I have to call repeatedly to get results of my blood work even though they confirm the results are in. I still have to wait for the call back that I only receive if I call repeatedly to get it."
