My husband just learned that he has some form of kidney disease, wants to know what it means, what stage it's in, and how to manage it, and this place doesn't have appointments until NOVEMBER!!! It's July, for goodness sakes. What is going on here!?!?"

"Dr Liu and everyone here has been taking amazing care of me for the last 7 or so years. I haven't been the best patient but they have gone above and beyond to make sure I have every opportunity to stay healthy and keep my kidneys working properly. After every appointment they give you a printout of your next appointment and your lab order paperwork, as well as your previous labwork results and documents regarding any treatment changes. Additionally, they've ALWAYS sent me additional paper copies of the lab orders before my appointments. The staff here has been very kind and professional, and my doctor has been extremely determined to do what is best for me. I've never had any issues with any appointments. If rescheduling is necessary, they reach out as early as possible to let me know. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen by the doctor when I arrive, either."

"I made an appointment after being pushed by my primary care physician. I am not sick but after 77 years my body is showing signs. I filled out all of the health history questions and answers on line. After arriving early for my appointment the office person said they needed me to complete the paperwork. . After showing them own my computer that it was done, they wanted me to complete it again. Then they wanted me to sign a concent for treatment that was unspecified before the doctor would see me. They took copies of my ID and 2 Insurance cards and I had already signed the medical history information provided. I refused to sign a concent for unspecified treatment so they canceled my appointment."

"The doctor's & NP's there are on the ball and take good care of me. Can't say that at all for the sad and incompetent supporting staff who have never followed up on sending me the lab work request forms as promised by my doctor & NP. Was even rushed off the phone while making an appointment. I believe the young lady that was assisting me in making my appointment was annoyed when I corrected her by politely giving her the correct company I have always used for bloodwork. After she made the correction she said "Goodbye" and hung the phone up! Is it that I'm an older senior that brings on such rudeness from a youngster on the phone?"
