"Major red flag is being handed a card at the end of every appointment asking for a 5 star review when you treat very anxious pregnant moms with such cold heartedness. I dreaded coming to my weekly appointments. Dr. Madan severely lacked compassion and continuously gave me the wrong information to which I had to correct her multiple times, it was like she didn't even read my chart from the week before. My daughter ended up needing an 8 hour surgery right after birth for a condition that was briefly mentioned as "could be this, could be that but we don't know". None of the doctors ever sat me down and said "I think this is what is going on, I would prepare your baby to be whisked away to Hopkins and have a life saving surgery". Preparing a first time mom for something like this would have saved me a ton of trauma, but no. I completely understand not being able to see every single thing in an ultrasound, but in my case they should have sat me down and prepared me for what could possibly happen. This is an office for pregnant women with complications, pregnancy is already incredibly anxiety inducing and you're coming here because there is a potential problem. Learn to be compassionate with your patients. It is honestly awful that this was the only office for HCGH, they're horrible."

"The nurses are great and the front desk is ok however the physicians are the worst medical providers I have ever met. We went here for both of my wife’s high risk pregnancies and the dr was on her best day dismissive and not caring. This time around she hounded us some extra fluid she was measuring in the brain. Since my daughter’s birth multiple other doctors have told us “they always do this, and it’s always nothing” I would not recommend this office for any reason ever. MD and Georgetown have MFMs that are further away but are Apprently from other Hopkins staff, way better than this place. I will spend the rest of my days dragging this places name though the mud of Howard county."

"Front desk lady was so rude and unwelcoming. I believe her name is Cindy. She’s an elderly women with short hair who will most likely be holding an ice pack on her cold sores at the front desk. I was told I could bring my child and one other adult which is what I did. As soon as I walk in I’m not even greeted with a hello I’m just informed on the amount of visitors I’m allowed to have and was told “they aren’t responsible for children in the waiting room”weird but okay. My child is 19months old and has a lot of energy I made sure to keep him on the side where no one was sitting so he wouldn’t disturb anyone with his babbling and laughing. While I’m waiting I notice my appt is now 10min past the start time and my son is getting bored, he slips away from me and starts running I hurry up and try to grab him and she goes out of her way to say in a very rude and nasty manner in the middle of me physically grabbing him “he can’t run around in here ma’am!” OBVIOUSLY CINDY! She clearly already saw me pregnant and struggling with a toddler instead of being understanding she just added extra stress. She ruined my entire experience with her negative energy and nasty faces whenever my son made one noise to the point I asked my other visitor to just take my son and go because he clearly wasn’t welcomed. I’ve never had a bad experience here and the ultrasound tech and doctors today were amazing but they should be more cautious about who they have welcoming their patients. She would get zero stars from me."

"This place deserves 0 stars. My Wife and I went here for our 2nd pregnancy 13 week ultra sound for the first time. As soon as we walked in you could just feel the negative energy from the employees at the desk. Very rude and all dry, then the UT had absolutely no personality and the Dr came and told us news that we didn’t want to hear in a very stern manner. (Also noticed all 3 parents before us all came out upset). We know doctors aren’t therapist but the way she said it was in a very non empathetic way. Fast forward we went to JH Baltimore and we’re assured our baby is perfectly healthy. Go there instead!"

"If you're seeking an experience where the sonographer lacks knowledge about your medical history, disregards your individual needs, and fails to understand the psychological factors influencing a woman's birthing choice, then this is the place for you. It was quite absurd to receive unsolicited advice like "I believe you can opt for a vaginal birth" from someone who only had a brief encounter with me and a cursory glance at my medical records. I have no interest in being subjected to lectures or having my doctor's decision undermined by someone with such limited comprehension. On a positive note, the nurses, administrative staff, and doctor were exceptional, which is why I'm giving this review two stars."
