"Refused to help with extreme tooth pain from broken tooth. Just told me no and to wait till tomorrow to get prescription from pharmacy. But I'm only there for intense pain so I can get through the night since I'm heading to dentist first thing in the morning. The scripts will be worthless after I visit the dentist because he will give me somethiglng else. They told me no and took my money. No relief from the pain I'm going through at all."
"People are great but it takes forever to get blood work done here. 30 seconds and your done with the blood work but it's the hour wait to get back there that's painful. Hopefully they'll fix this issue because the people drawing blood are wonderful."
"All the staff there is so nice and compassionate. My nurse Marie was AWESOME! Pam who had to get my line in for my i.v. (I have very small veins) nailed it the first try! And Maggie, my CNP was AWESOME as well. Best ER experience I have ever had."
"It wasn't a horrible experience but I will say the lack of staff and care provided was noticed. Especially if you are a woman. They assume what you have without proper testing and then send you home in some instances. Staff was really nice for the most part once you get back to fast track. All I can recommend is, advocate for yourself and others if needed. Like I said, not horrible, but patient care could be something they work on. I know they are understaffed but that should never interfere with patients care. Great people work there. They are just worn out. Give them longer lunches and more breaks imo. If you aren't going to do that pay them more. Just saying."
