"I have been trying to reach an office manager for 2 weeks and NO RESPONSE!!! Blood was drawn by doctors lab services and they did NOT test for orders given. The doctors that requested the test was not notified nor the patient! They are not reliable I forwarded info to my attorney to handle!"

"staff very unfriendly. My mom waited 3 weeks for them to call her. 6 times my doctors send then lab papers because they always said they never received it . When she received the call from lab asistant she could not answered so she call back. They never answered back. The assistant for labs does not care for his job. The women the gets the calls hang up on me when i put a complaint. I ask for superviser they hang up. Then when the lab assistant call me back the next day after three weeks and 12 calls. he said no one had given my labs papers. This company needs to hired better staff. No one wants to work in this company."
