"This my second experience with buying hearing aids. I thought my first experience with a different provider was pretty good. However, I am more than thrilled with the experience I am having at Centers for Hearing Care. I highly recommend them when looking to improve your hearing. Dr. Herr was so helpful in helping me to select the right hearing aids for my personal needs. She even instructed how I may qualify for financial assistance. Dr. Herr has been extremely helpful with understanding the use & functions available with my new hearing aids. With follow-up visits, she helped me "zero in" on the near perfect settings for better hearing in various settings/environments. Quite honestly, I wish this was where I went for my first hearing aid. "What a ripoff!!! They take advantage of Medicare and the old people at their mercy. They sell them overpriced hearing aids, bill Medicare, and the rechargeable batteries go dead every six months (per ear) costing $65 just to drop off the bad one then another $65 just to pick it up. Then repeat in another few months for the other ear!!! Then after the warranty runs out they force them to either buy a new pair or spend $400 for the battery replacement PLUS the $65 to drop it off PLUS the $65 to pick it up!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!!! Buy OTC hearing aids!!!"

"I have gone there for my hearing needs for many years, always satisfied. I understand that covid has changed the operations of many places . But. I think your restrictions are a little over board. I cant even stop to get wax filters for my hearing aids without making an appointment. Don't knock on the door the sign says, call. but you still cant talk to anyone except an answering machine. Restaurants are open, stores are open. It's time you open."
