"Couldn’t say enough good about this practice. I see Dr. Ahmed for sleep apnea and Dr. Siddiqui for migraines. Both very personable, have time for my questions and I never feel rushed. I’ve recommended this practice to close friends and family and will continue to do so. The office staff is also very friendly and accommodating."
"I am VERY picky about/demanding of my doctors — and I can highly recommend this place! The front desk staff are consistently polite, personable, and helpful. The two doctors I've seen (Dr. Siddiqui & Dr. Wynn — for 2 separate sub-specialties) are also personable and kind. They both educate without talking down to me, both take me seriously, and both take my life circumstances into account when helping me identify and access the proper treatments. Even the billing department is helpful and understanding. I'm grateful for the excellent care I receive at this office."
"Horrible experience from a loyal customer over years. Was told by one of the doctors they don’t want to see me and didn’t address my concerns. Seems to be a lot of potentially unethical kickbacks going on at this office that need to be investigated. Dr. Ahmed is so arrogant he not hear a word you say. All he sees is dollar signs. It’s a stretch to call him a neurologist."
"Horrible experience. Extremely unethical and lacking in compassion. I got banned from their practice because “I missed too many appointments”, even though I don’t remember missing as many as they claim. I have never been banned from a practice. I told them I would make sure to not miss any going forward, and they still would not reconsider. I spoke to Melissa, the office manager but was told this was decided by the other doctors. I deal with chronic migraines and many other health issues. They didn’t care. I’m in the process of applying for disability and asked if they would at least fill out the paperwork the disability office would be sending then so I could get on disability. They refused. Please explain the thinking behind that? I’m pretty sure that may be illegal to outright refuse. It’s extremely unethical and lacking in compassion for sure. I’m pretty sure it’s something you’re obligated to do even if you don’t like the patient. My conclusion is they care more about money and patient care is secondary. Big surprise, our system is broken and puts patients last as always."
"It took me a LONG time to find a new neurologist after frustration about trying to schedule a much over due appointment with my former Dr. I loved, the rest not so much, his office and wait was a nightmare. I was used to a 2 to 3 hour office visit. I never expected a Dr. Office to run that efficiently and that quickly AND address all of the issues currently and coming up in the future. This is also the first place that said "I can fix that!" And he did! I haven't had more than 7 headaches in over 8 months! I used to get 3 to 8 a day. I have called and spoken to the staff up front. They remembered me and I remembered their voices from over the phone. I know it was actually office because the commented my glasses when I asked if their's were fixed yet. Nice, clean and friendly staff in addition to an amazingdoctor, Dr. Siddiqui. He knows what my condition is (Without having to Google it first) and understands and truly cares about trying to help my quality of life. I highly recommend him for anyone with issues that require the doctor to listen to your needs and want to help you achieve your goals. So disorders there isn't much you can do, so to find one to actually "Fix" something is a true miracle."
