Reviews
"Drive from Kensington to their office. Love all the staff. Only have had great interactions on the dental and orthodontic sides. 4 kids going here for the last 7 years, 3 with orthodontics."
"Our regular pediatric dentist referred us to Dr. Botah. She is an excellent pediatric dentist. I highly recommend. The front desk experience was very satisfactory, I am not sure about the other reviews here (maybe they refer to old staff members). Thank you for the great care you provide to our child."
"The doctors at this clinic are second to none. It is with great regret that we are leaving due to rudeness of the office staff. I hate to name any names however the receptionist who is most unpleasant to deal with is the one who speaks Spanish. I thought that since we speak the same language I would be able to make my appointments with greater easy, instead there was uncooperative behavior when making appointments or changes to existing appointments."
"These folks helped us out tremendously when we had a difficult dental situation. My younger son chipped a molar, which started to get really sore within a day or two so we had to bring him in to our regular dentist in Rockville. They told us it was going to require some really complicated procedure (basically a baby tooth version of a root canal) which they were not equipped to do on pediatric patients. That left us trying to find another dentist who could see us on very short notice (since he was in a lot of pain). Kids Dental Clinic was able to get us in very quickly even though we weren't current patients. I also liked how they seemed to treat issues as simply and conservatively as possible. Since this was a baby tooth, they suggested it would be better to just do an extraction, which is what we went with. They were very careful and took their time with numbing which allowed my fairly anxious son to get through the procedure without sedation. We then had a follow up visit a few weeks later to evaluate whether a spacer would be required to keep his other teeth from moving into the new gap before his permanent tooth came in. Again, I appreciate that they evaluated this with x-rays rather than just defaulting to an intervention. In the end they concluded that a spacer would not be required and we left the second visit with no further treatment except for a routine cleaning (which also went fine). It was a really good experience all around, and a big relief given our situation at the time."
"I found this place through my son's pediatrician and was happy to know that we could both been seen here. My son absolutely hates seeing the doctor and dentist, but the staff here are incredibly patient and worked with me to help make sure he was still seen and received the cleaning and treatment he needed. They also took the time to better understand a recent AI diagnosis I received and made sure I was comfortable and hydrated throughout my visit. Highly recommend!"
