"I was a walk in appointment. Eyemart greeted me right away and was out in a list. It didn’t take very long and I was helped. I had other glasses to get readjusted. There was a sale on glasses and purchased 2- new pair. Wonder quick service. Katrina helped me and did and amazing job. She is very knowledgeable and patient. I had one pair within an hour. The second pair I added all the anti glare and hd so they will be about a week. I can’t complain. Definitely will stay with eyemart. I’ve been with for four years and never once had a bad experience. That’s a win win."

"Stopped here on a busy Monday afternoon to get my brother’s glasses repaired. We signed in, but the lobby (there’s actually no lobby in the building, they just have a three chairs near the door, which leaves their elderly or disabled customers to stand for the entire wait, absolutely deplorable) was packed. So, we told the woman at the counter we would be waiting just outside the door. She nods her head and makes an affirmative noise. My brother and I waited outside for 30 minutes in the heat. Finally, we go in to check what’s going on and find out that we were completely skipped, names crossed out on the list. When I ask what happened, the same lady behind the counter said she called our name and didn’t get an answer. I reminded her that I had told we would be sitting outside. She said, “You have to be sitting in the lobby.” Great information to have told me thirty minutes ago. I told her, “Then you should have told me that when I told you we were waiting outside the door.” She gave me fish eyes, like she realized she was wrong. At this point, her manager tells us we’ll be seen next, to which I replied to not bother. 30 minutes wasted in the sweltering heat! I’m never stepping foot in this store again, not after receiving that attitude and treatment. I would 100% be in the wrong if I had not told the woman behind the counter that I would be waiting outside, but I DID. IF ITS NOT ALLOWED, THEN SAY SO!!! You lost our entire family as customers. Horrible treatment."

"Customer service at the Niles Ohio store was absolutely outstanding. Prices were better than expected especially with veteran discount. Two pair of glasses were ready in two hours which was sooner than expected. Absolutely First rate."
