"Couldn't get ahold of the office to book an appointment so I scheduled online but they cancelled my appointment stating they are not accepting new patients. That's fine, I understand. But when I called to let them know their booking site had the option for 'New Patient' she said it is a corporate run site for multiple practices and she directed me to call for appointments. That's also fine. But every time I called to book an appointment it went to their emergency call loop for after hours. I explained that to her and because they do not have their hours posted anywhere how would I know they are closed at 4pm on a Thursday. She actually said their office dodged a bullet from me by not accepting me as a patient at this time because I let them know the issues I went through to schedule an appointment only to get it cancelled. Sounds like I dodged the bullet of their poor attitude and I can only assume poor family health care needs. AVOID!!!!"
