"Don’t bother using this lab. I paid a premium to get same day results on my PCR test and I didn’t get them. Then I had to chase down my results through multiple phone calls to different numbers. They’re customer service was terrible. Don’t waste your money."

"This lab provides the worst service. Zero professional demeanor. The HE sections prepared by them were not oriented properly as requested. The paraffin sections on the slides was all melt down, and the sectioned tissue lost the antigenicity. They cut extra sections without consent. We complained all of those erroneous operations that screwed up all our precious samples. However, they insisted to pay the invoice without any compensation. We paid the whole amount.... We will never ever use this lab."

"The worst billing dept. Instead of correcting my insurance information that they took incorrectly (wrong persons account). Even-though I contacted them with the correct information and was told it would be corrected they sent me to collections. Their mistake has cost me dearly. A nightmare to repair the damage they have caused. I may never be able to fully remove their erroneous report to all the Credit Reporting agencies."
