"Whoever is the receptionist on Fridays around lunch needs to be coached on professionalism and how to de-escalate a conversation. I’m a young soon to be mom needing help to get a referral to see a good obstetrician. After several phone calls with my insurance and the obstetrician, both are saying the issue lies with the primary care office. The receptionist was extremely rude and took the conversation too far when I was simply trying to get more information on what the problem was. Then decided to hang up. I’m a receptionist too and know how the job goes, completely uncalled for."
