"(As a disclaimer, I worked here in college, so I have more knowledge than the average reviewer) This location. In Hermitage is ok. 10 years ago, the store and the items available were much better. Compared to other Goodwill locations like Austintown, this location leaves a lot to be desired. My main complaint is that even though covid is no longer rampant, they will not reopen their dressing rooms. It's really difficult for women to buy second-hand clothing without trying on because their is no sizing standard for women's clothes. Also, they aren't using the space well. They have a giant section behind mens clothes that's supposed to be for media...cds, dvds, and records, but this section was almost completely empty while other section were over flowing. They definitely need to rethink the layout. I'm also seeing a ton of merchandise back in housewares that are broken or very damaged. This stuff shouldn't even be on the shelf. On top of that, they have cut their hours down. Really, the only reason I go here is because it's the closest Goodwill to my house. I love thrifting, but I'd go to any Goodwill in ohio over this location any day."
"I have always came to this location and have always been able to find multiple items. Unfortunately things have changed at this location, the toy selection is now mostly broken items."
"Small goodwill. Never a good selection of shoes, records, or other oddball items that make a trip to goodwill fun. Except in the small case area which you need assistance for items priced a dollar or two above ebay. Abundance of clothes mostly"
"Love it at goodwill prices are great and I get alot of stuff there thanks Jessica daly"
