"Very good food every one was very nice and everything was clean. I got the Pretzel Bum Bacon Hamburger combo with Med. Fries and a drink and a Frosty and all was very good. 10/10 Would recommend"

"I got one plain sandwich and that was it. Ordered first, and got my order last because they accidentally erased it. Got the food but it was wrong. Took it back, got my sandwich back that had everything on it even tho I wanted plain. And the meat was cold and the bun wasn't even toasted.."

"This Wendy’s is the most infuriating part of my college experience. I do not even know where to begin with my laundry list of issue with this establishment. My main issue is with the employees and their service. On many occasions i have been sitting in the wendys lounge and the employees have started screaming to the students sitting in there trying to get a response, then proceed to get mad when no one reply’s like we’re not on a school campus. Next, never ONCE have i got hot food from this location. sometimes the wait for my food is understandable like when the line is 20-30 people long. i’m not the type of person to complain just to complain. i work in the food industry so i understand that it’s not as easy as everyone thinks. But, what is NOT acceptable is when there’s 2 people in line and my food that i order has been pulled from the fryers and there’s 4+ employees just standing there staring at it instead of putting it in boxes to bag and give to me. They also have the tendency to pull already cooked food out of the hot window to let it sit on the counter for 5 or more minutes before giving it to the customers, like they want us to have cold food or something. The employees are also, i don’t know wether to say rude or unprofessional but defiantly a mix of the 2. The first time me and my friend went to wendy’s after class the cashier straight told her that she “wasn’t allowed” to get what she wanted in the size she wanted. So even though we thought he was joking he proceed to ring in and charge her for something she didn’t want or order. She was given the wrong food but we ate it anyway because there is never a manger there around this time to complain to and i know those employees that are there would never take it seriously. The restaurant is always completely shut down before closing time which i understand wanting to leave after a long day of work but the thing is they work on a campus and many people get out of class at 3:50 and wendys is one of the quickest and cheapest food options on campus. Every single thing i tried to order today they told me i couldn’t have because they were too close to closing so instead my friend and i again got some cold french fries after watching our order sir there for 5 minutes. this wendys could serve to hire some employees that are a little more competent and understand that they work on a college campus, or maybe hire a manger that doesn’t laugh at her employees when they’re goofing off to the point of inconvenience and actually does something about it. I’ve never been as angry as this wendys makes me, i hope someone sees this and does something to make a difference because a trip to wendys shouldn’t make me want to smash my head against the wall as bad as a trip to this one does."

"While I love Wendy's (my favorite fast food place) this particular one is slow. I used to be a student at YSU but the line is horribly long. I usually wait for 10 to 20 minutes just to get to the counter. They usually only have one counter open. They need more employees."

"This is not a mistake, I give them zero stars. This is definitely not the first time this has happened. The floor was so sticky my feet actually needed force to leave the ground. I ordered my burger and asked politely for it to be plain and additionally I said no cheese as well. I waited about 10 minutes for the sandwich. A long time but it was ok i guess. Once i received my sandwich I politely asked if it had no cheese. The runner told me that it was plain and walked away. Once I sat down to eat it had cheese. I didn't bother to ask for it to be re-maid because this is the third time it has happened here. The service sucks, time of operation is poor, and wait time is unacceptable. I'm disappointing that I spent 10 dollars for a burger that I can't eat and a large fry... wait now that I look at it they gave me a small when I payed for a large. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to."
