"Great office. The staff is super nice and helpful. Dr. Ballister is great. He takes the time to hear your concerns. Kathy (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) is so wonderful. Very caring and is very easy to talk to. The Nurse Beth is very caring and also a great listener. Doesn’t rush you along. I feel very comfortable with her. My only complaint is that since they were bought by someone, they are not doing blood draws in the office anymore. I hate having to go to a different lab for bloodwork."
"Dr. Ballester is truly an amazing physician! He will bend over backwards for you as long as you can prove to him that you are not untrustworthy. Cathy, his wife works the front desk and is amazing at her job as well. She is a sweetheart and again will do everything in her power to take excellent care of you! Everyone from the front desk, to the nurse, to Dr. Ballester, all feel like family to me and that means the everything in a world where many physicians just don’t seem to get it, or they don’t seem to care. I’d give ten stars if I could!"
