"Second visit, my grown daughter was with me. I was rushed through my appointment. Didn’t feel like he was listening to what I needed to say about MY body, my symptoms, my pain, my experience, or my Multiple Sclerosis which effects me in many ways. He has his own opinion. Didn’t give me much speaking time to explain. Downplayed my concerns/pain. Then I asked about the Percocet I have from my neurologist. (As needed. 90 pills every 6 months. Not an opiate abuser). That’s when things went off the rails. He started with a bit of a raised voice, then went into straight out yelling at me and talking over me. Why do you need Percocet? You don’t need Percocet. Get off Percocet. Percocet should only be used for cancer patients and for post op (pretty sure abut 2nd one). It can ruin your life. Why do you need Percocet? I said I will tell you what hurts and how I use the Percocet, do you want to know? Well, no. He did not let me answer why I need it. He started yelling, again, that I do not need Percocet. Refused to answer when I asked if he was familiar with MS pain. Very unprofessional, condescending, and I was getting a God complex vibe. Also got a touch of a misogynistic attitude. He was different when my husband was with me for my first appointment. In fact my husband just reminded me that Duffett asked him questions about my issue when he went with me. And also directed answers to my questions to him. Not good. I left very disappointed in him as a person as well as a doctor."

"Doctor Duffett is such a phenomenal doctor. He did both my hip replacements. He makes you instantly confident and at ease. His nurses and staff are always great. I still go to him for my knees and I can't say enough good things about his care!"

"Professional Staff - very organized, pleasant to deal with and Clean facility. Doctor Duffett - excellent bedside manner, genuinely a nice guy ! Takes his time and answers questions pertaining surgery. He has now repair three injuries with stellar results. I wouldn’t go anywhere else."
