"I recently had a procedure done on my back. The doctors are top-notch, as are the physical therapists. My only complaint is since going to the new surgery center for a procedure , from the time you open the door it's easy to see there is not enough room to handle the large volume of people they see. This may vary from day to day I don't know. The day I went we had to stand off to the side as the line to stand in to check in could not even handle 3 couples per line comfortably.....personal space. CAN YOU SAY C...O...V...I...D. once checked in there was 1 chair left to sit in. My wife had to wait in the car and/or another waiting room outside of surgery center. With the volume of people they see due to the popularity of the doc's , this area should have been alot bigger. The treatment is spectacular, the new surgery area not so much."

"Very horrible experience. The receptionist with brown curly hair and glasses was very rude to me. I wanted to get an xray for my ankle and the receptionist was being very rude to me and wouldn’t let me go back. She made me feel stupid for even coming. When I was finally able to get back I brought it up to the NP then he could barely look me in the eyes after. Before I left I went up to the receptionist and confronted her. I’ve never been treated this way in all the doctors I have went to. It was very unprofessional and absolutely infuriated me. She apologized but it was unreal how unprofessional it was."

"Poor patient service. VERY difficult to speak to a person! I saw a NP about knee injections. I had to call them because they never called me when the shots were approved. I changed the medication they wanted to use so they had to get another approval. Again, never got a call. I'll get my injection elsewhere. Also needed the diagnosis and treatment notes from recent urgent care and doctor visits. They couldn't simply print them out for me! I had to call ANOTHER company and request them."

I've been to the urgent care, used the physical therapy services, used the surgical center to have my knee replacement with Dr. Kuwick and now see Dr. Stefko for my shoulder. I just can't state how grateful I am for the top notch care I have received from the office staff to the doctors. I have never had a bad experience at YOA!
