"My first visit and I cannot be any happier. Dr piston provided me with a great first exam gave me confidence in him and his office staff. He sat down and took his time explaining my injury and what needed done moving forward in directing me to sports medicine professional in Pittsburgh. His staff and him are going to get me ready for knee surgery and then be ready to help me with therapy after the operation is done. I have an extreme injury to the ligaments in my knee. I am going to have a knee replacement in a year or so after I strengthen my replacement ligament and he will be doing that in the future. Awesome initial visit. "10 years ago I had my wife in to see Dr. Piston for a follow up appointment. It took nearly 3 hours to get her seen by his physician assistant. This was not the first time she had to wait. I was able to order a pizza for delivery and my wife and I ate it while waiting to be seen. I’m not going to be there ever again. My wife and I both have been seen by other orthopedic doctors since that time and we NEVER had to wait so long."

"Dr. Piston has a wonderful bedside manner. He is very caring and listening to your problems. He will look at your xrays and explain in layman terms what he sees as the problem. He will then throughly explain how he will fix it. He will be there for you after operation also, with his follow up appointments. I would have Dr. Piston again as my orthopedic doctor. He is outstanding!!"
