"My child has excellent health insurance, scheduled with Dr. Cano specifically for an allergy test to be performed. Was given instructions on what to do prior to testing. “GIVE ME YOUR MONEY AND GET OUT” is exactly what this loser is about! Took her money for the copay, made her sit and wait to be seen then refused to conduct any allergy testing and sent her on her way. His demeanor towards my child was demeaning and rude. Seek healthcare elsewhere!!!!!!!!!"

"I have been a patient of Dr. Cano ever since he opened his clinic in western Pennsylvania (20+ years) and have to say that the quality of care has dropped immensely. I haven't physically seen Dr. Cano for about 10 years. Instead, I have had to deal with the RN that is performing doctor duties and she is terribly inept. She does not listen. She gets the same information wrong year after year. The advice she gives is often incorrect and contradicted by the staff. If I had listened to her, I may have ended up in the ER! As for the shots, they use an "assembly line" process. "Get in. Get your shots. Get out...Give us money!" It's minimal care/maximum profit. The employees go through the motions and collect their paycheck while the patients are treated like sheep. The last straw for me occurred when my serum ran out and they "forgot" to order more thereby delaying my treatment. I was never given an explanation or an apology. I was simply ignored as if nothing was wrong and the incident was swept under the carpet. Overall, they lack professionalism, leadership, communication, transparency, accountability, and cleanliness. I frequented the Greenville location for years and not once did anyone ever introduce themselves or take any interest in me as a person. After switching to the Hermitage location, only two employees introduced themselves. (Lack of professionalism) For months, I wondered why I wasn't responding well to my treatment only to learn that they were seriously underdosing me! (Lack of communication and transparency) The incident of forgetting to order more serum was never addressed. (Lack of leadership and accountability) When getting the shots, I have never seen the use of latex gloves or hand sanitizer. I have seen the employees eating finger foods, placing their fingers to their mouths, then grabbing my needles without cleaning their hands. (Lack of cleanliness) As much as I respect Dr. Cano professionally and personally I can no longer, with good conscience, recommend this medical facility as it's currently being run."
