"Usually I get my prescriptions at rite aid but the last few times I needed an antibiotic for my daughter (she can’t have amoxicillin due to allergic reaction) they didn’t have any of what she was prescribed due to a nation wide back order. They called Greenville Pharmacy and they had some in stock. Everyone there was so patient with me even though I may not have been so patient back (spent over an hour at rite aid before they could tell me they couldn’t get it in) so I was a bit frustrated to begin with. They went as quickly as possible to get me the medicine my daughter needed. Also they offered her a lollipop to help her feel better. Thank you Greenville Pharmacy for your wonderful customer service!! We will be getting our prescriptions from you from now on."

"With how many pharmacies are in Greenville, you would think that they would at least try and be proficient and professional to keep your business, right? Wrong. Rest assured, if you’re interested in needing to call your pharmacy every single time your doctors calls a prescription in just to ask them to fill it, this is the pharmacy for you. If you’re interested in not only calling to make sure your own prescription is filled but then waiting an ADDITIONAL 10-20 minutes because they forgot to do so (without so much as an apology) then once again, this pharmacy is for you. They won’t last much longer with service like this."
