"Where do I begin? To start with… they are the only ones in Ohio who carry Eva Lendel (a designer I love). I wanted one dress in particular and they worked endlessly to get that dress in for me. Even though it was not the dress I picked, Catherine made sure I was able to try it on! I was so comfortable and had such an amazing experience. We had the whole place to yourselves and brought food and drinks. They even set the food up for us. Catherine helped me get in all my dresses and made me feel beautiful. Sam always knew what add to a dress to make it my own and pop. The dress I picked, Sam added all the best accessories and I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding. I cannot suggest this place and these people enough. The selection of dress are beautiful. The customer service is amazing. "Attele is very special to me! The intimacy of being the only bride in the store is relieving and creates such a special moment with your dress crew. Sam and Cathy gave me the best experience. They were understanding, patient, and so encouraging—truly the greatest hype crew. When I threw Sam a curve ball by telling her I was going to be 19 months pregnant at my wedding, she knew exactly what needed to be done to the dress to make it work for my wedding that would be in about a month after my alteration process started. She was so excited for me and didn’t even seem stressed or thrown off when coming up with a solution for me. On top of that, when she heard my hair lady cancelled on me right before my wedding, she used her resources and found someone for me to use in my city and paid for it for me as a gift. She is truly special! When she dropped off my dress, she stayed and personally steamed all 9 of my bridesmaid dresses for my girls.
