"My wife had an 8am appointment arrived early, waited well over an hour. She inquired at the nurses station as to why it was taking so long and was told there was another patient still ahead of her and she would have to wait longer. After one hour and 15 mins. She decided to leave due to another appointment she had to go to. What's the purpose of having an appointment time? We'll be going elsewhere"

"Dr. Stefancin did a great job on my ACL reconstruction and his bedside manner is impeccable. Very knowledgeable and very honest. No complaints with his surgical abilities. However…..you will sit in the office FOR-f%#!&@G-EVER waiting on EVERY appointment you have. I’m waiting even now. My appointment was set for 5:30pm. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. It is now 6:50pm. IM STILL WAITING…ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES AFTER MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. This is absolutely maddening. I could have came to almost every appointment I’ve had before and since surgery, an hour late…..and still have had to wait to be seen. Thank god this is my last appointment here, because F M L"

"The staff makes you feel like you are a pain. No compassion or making a person feel relevant. Never see the Dr. however the xray technician is very kind. Staff needs to be more professional and realize the patient is paying part of their salary."

"Dr. Stefancin is wonderful! He has done surgery on my right arm/ rotator cuff and I will be seeing him in Aug. 2022 for my knee issue. When I called today to schedule an appointment I could have gotten in sooner if I agreed to see another Doctor..but that's not going to happen. I trust and have faith in this doctor and will wait until I can see him personally."
