"Asked for extra crispy an they said my wings were not crispy anymore because they sat for an extra 20 min still had feathers on my wings customer service was terrible cook was horrible i wouldn't refer this place to anyone"

"Lately every time I order from here the food order is either wrong or over cooked. Today, we ordered 20 wings, a fish fry, & upgraded the side of fries to a deluxe fry. ONLY RECEIVED THE WINGS. When I returned, I had to wait for the rest of my order to be cooked. There were other patrons complaining that they didn't get their order, & the bartender was obviously INTOXICATED. She claimed she didn't even remember taking the order! They weren't busy at all. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN 05/03)24 . Place has turned into trash and is said been going there since I was a kid"

"I really enjoy their food. However it seems like the wait staff doesn't like serving anyone that doesn't sit at the bar. It was very hard to get any attention from her. I ordered the alley party melt , they forgot the cheese. And there was nothing else on there. Barely any onions. So I was bummed. Of course the waitress did not come over so I could not ask for Mayo or anything. She did not acknowledge us when we went up to the bar either. My food tastes good Soni wasn't super upset. I hardly had any fries on my plate. So that was little sad. There service has me looking for another place. The bar wasn't packed just about 7 guys sipping on their beers. All and all they do have great food and a great menu. The bar is a fun environment. Worth going and trying."
