"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! To start off the customer service was horrible. No communication at all. My order was 30 min past the time they said it would be ready. There were multiple people that had to come inside after waiting 20-30 min past their times as well. This place either needs a complete overhaul or to shutdown completely. You can bet I’ll never go to this Pizza Hut again. Good Riddance."

"Do NOT order from this location. I ordered a pizza online at 7:05pm for delivery. The app stated 25 - 35 mins. Then I was notified it would be delivered between 7:44pm and 7:56pm. When the order was finally delivered at 8:09pm it was of course cold. The cheese had already stared to harded. I was already on the phone with the store just asking about the order. The girl gave an excuse about not having enough drivers and they were using doordash. The manager got on the phone, did not tell me a name and said "that was the excuse he was giving me and to eat your pizza. Goodbye!" And hung up on me."

"I called Pizza Hut located 1.6 miles from my house. Somehow I was transferred to the Pizza Hut in Massillon. I didn't know this until the driver called me and said she couldn't find my house ! I was charged $30.96 for my order. I was then credited the amount from that out of town shop. Then I was charged that same amount again. Please tell me how I can live in one city and be transferred to another city to order a pizza! I called my local Pizza Hut to find out what happened. They couldn't figure out what happened. The employee said I could place another order to the tune of another $30.00. I refused to pay $60.00 for a pizza! Their manager was unavailable. I ordered my pizza from a different pizza shop and was very pleased."

"Chicken Alfredo was bland, had little chicken, and was barely warm by the time I got it. Meatlovers Melt was overcooked and crunchy, was barely warm by the time I got it. Delivery Driver had forgotten to bring drink originally, I'll give him credit where it's due, he did go to a store to pick up the drink he forgot in the first place, but led to my food being barely warm. Probably doesn't matter anyways since the food was mediocre."
